English holly (Ilex aquifolium) is not just for the holidays anymore. This evergreen shrub offers your garden a gorgeous showing of lush and luminescent dark green foliage throughout the year. Bees including honeybees, mason bees, and mining bees are the primary pollinators. The English holly requires a good six hours of direct sunlight per day for berries to form.
